Reader's Guide

Mega Mush is a single-use active item that, when activated, transforms Isaac into a giant version of himself for the duration of the current room. While in this form, Isaac becomes invincible, deals massive contact damage to enemies, and can destroy obstacles like rocks and tinted rocks by simply walking over them. His tears also become enormous and deal significantly increased damage. This item is best saved for difficult boss rooms or large, dangerous rooms where survival is a challenge. It can be found in Secret Rooms or Greed Mode Treasure Rooms. Because it is consumed on use, it is a strategic resource—use it wisely to clear a path or defeat a tough boss, but remember that its power is fleeting and cannot be reused.
